North Star High Schools stand out as premier alternative high schools dedicated to supporting students who need to catch up on credits. The vision for North Star High Schools is one of high academic achievement for all students. We aspire to provide a safe learning environment while doing so, and to equip students for the choices and challenges of living and working in an ever changing, fast-paced, technological society.

What Arizona Preparatory Academy Does
Arizona Preparatory Academy is not just your traditional charter school, but one that is flexible and adaptive in ensuring your student gets the education they need. Not only do we offer traditional classroom lessons, but blended in-school online classes, and full-time online too!
There are a variety of programs at our disposal for aiding youths. Exceptional Student Services, Child Find, Credit Recovery, and Dropout Prevention and Recovery are all geared to helping identify your student’s greatest needs on their path to success and even help set said path. We offer challenging courses through the GATE program, which aids in the growth of gifted students in core areas.
Arizona Preparatory Academy also offers aid through the McKinney-Vento program, which provides a homeless liaison and other needs for displaced and homeless youth. Everyone deserves a proper education, no matter how terrible things may seem!
With over three hundred courses to choose from, there’s nothing your student can’t aspire to be! Everything we offer is part of the Edgenuity learning system and is 100% aligned with Arizona Common Core Standards.

Arizona Preparatory Academy is an Arizona nonprofit charter school focused on helping students who have had difficulties along their path to graduation. Our classes and staff are designed to help students behind in credits, who want to graduate early, need a flexible schedule to help balance school, work, and home life. Each of our teacher provide a unique sense of culture, quality and prospective.
